Welcome To the Healing
Modality of the Month: EFT
EFT is known as an Emotional Freedom Technique (also called the Tapping technique), it is a healing tool that provides results for mental, physical, emotional, and performance issues. EFT operates wherein no matter what part of your life needs adjusting or help and where you may have unresolved emotional situations getting in the way as well as any physical, chronic or any kind of health related condition(s), it is known to help with emotional stressors that can impede your natural healing process. EFT can be used for physical symptoms as well.
With that in mind, EFT can be an ongoing process that we use to clear out the old traumas, and welcome any new issues with a healthy, productive attitude. EFT Often Works Where Nothing Else May. EFT allows the healing process to begin by tapping the meridian system. While acupuncture, acupressure and the like have been primarily focused on physical ailments, EFT stands back and goes directly to emotional issues. This, often provides benefits for performance and physical issues as well.
.
EFT combines the physical benefits of the ancient technique of acupuncture where as the benefits of this conventional therapy is a much faster, more direct treatment of emotional issues, physical and performance issues.
EFT can be looked at as an emotional version of acupuncture,
without the needles. While related to acupuncture, EFT does not use needles. Instead, your practitioner can use a simple process wherein you are: (1) mentally "tuned in" to specific issues and, (2) stimulating meridian points on the body by way of tapping on them with our/your fingertips. Done properly, EFT appears to balance the meridian lines in minutes or hours and rid disturbances that often require conventional therapy procedures months or years to take care of. The basic process is easy to learn, and can be done anywhere. You can receive impressive do-it-yourself results.
